The Role
Great Southern Grammar invite applications for the position of Director of Student Experience. This is a full-time senior leadership role with a five-year tenure commencing in 2026. The Director of Student Experience is responsible for leading experiential learning programs across the School, including cocurricular activities, service learning, outdoor education, rites of passage and character development. You will work closely with the Deputy Principal Head of Secondary and Head of Primary, to nurture student engagement beyond the classroom and promote the School’s values in action.
